My father had a practice in Dracut. I became a chiropractor because chiropractic saved my life – literally! When I was three years old, I got a collapsed lung from a fall off of the top bunk of a bunk bed. I was in the hospital and not responding well. My lung would not inflate even with the best interventions of the day. Because my father was studying to be a chiropractor at the time, he enlisted

the help of a chiropractor who came to the hospital and gave me an adjustment. That adjustment turned my life power back on! My lung began to inflate and began the process of healing. When I was about seven, my parents told me the story. It impacted me so much that I have to say I became a chiropractor when I was seven. Since following the footsteps of my dad, I have never wanted to be anything else since then. Because of my personal experience and after learning the things I did in school, I realized that pain relief care alone was not enough. I work at giving people the opportunity to reach correction and wellness, so they not only feel better, they function better. Corrective chiropractic care helps get the spine back to normal much like an orthodontist helps straighten your teeth. Our best practice members are people who are eager to learn how the body works, want to make the changes necessary to attain and maintain health and want to be well and stay well, not only for themselves, but for their families. They understand that bringing their children in for care is the best way to allow them to grow and develop to reach their fullest potential! I enjoy tennis, golf, racquetball, basketball, sailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, snowboarding and generally love life. One of my favorite things is to speak to groups. As a result, I am a frequent guest speaker to many groups, clubs and organizations. I was the keynote speaker at a NH Nurse Practitioners Conference, speaker for Verizon Retirees two times, featured speaker for the Lowell Public school nurses and for area Catholic School PTO's and many other groups on a variety of topics. I love the feeling I get when I see light bulbs going on in peoples' heads when they get a realization and understanding of their bodies and what to do to stay healthy. Educating through speaking to groups is a close tie with tennis for what I love to do most. Do you know that chiropractors are not just about treating neck and back pain? Do you know that the integrity of your nervous system is vital to your organs and every cell in your body?

04/30/2026

I shared this information right here 9 years ago! Much of it is information that we learned in chiropractic college 40 years ago. Why such a disconnect in what we know as chiropractors and what medical doctors know about vaccines? Chiropractors treat the body naturally because we understand that the body is self-healing and self-regulating when the body and brain communicate without interference in the nervous system communication highway while medical doctors rely on medication of all kinds. Luckily, Robert Kennedy, Jr. is revealing much about the vaccine issues while educating and making changes in the medical profession and the public at the same time.

What does your medical doctor know about vaccines? Before you just believe what he/she tells you, ask them what they know about the vaccines they are pushing on you and/or your child. Ask:
What did you learn about vaccines in medical school?
How many hours of vaccine instruction did you receive?
Since you recommend and give vaccines to your patients, do you consider yourself an expert on vaccines, their ingredients and adverse reactions?
Do you know all of the ingredients in vaccines?
Do you know the potential adverse side-effects?
Do you know how to determine and report a vaccine reaction?
What medical book did you use in medical school that covered vaccines? How many chapters/pages were devoted to vaccines?
"There are many books used in medical school. There are books for: physical exams, human anatomy, biochemistry, microbiology, symptoms/diagnoses, pathology, epidemiology, immunology, pathophysiology, EKGS, medical interviews. That’s 6,700 pages of medical literature memorized and tested over three years of intense study. There are hundreds of pages on the immune system. Thousands of pages on disease. How much does medical school teach about vaccines? The Symptoms & Diagnosis book contains nothing about vaccines. The Pathology book contains nothing about vaccines. Biochemistry book. Nothing. Pathophysiology. Nothing. Human Anatomy. Doesn’t talk about vaccines. The Clinical Epidemiology book… Does contain one paragraph."

Did you know that Pfizer has its' hands in cheese making?
Today, there are four types of rennet used in the cheese-making industry: animal rennet, vegetable rennet, microbial rennet and a genetically modified version called FPC (fermentation-produced chymosin), made by Pfizer.
Bioengineered FPC was granted Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) status, which exempted Pfizer from the pre-approved requirements that apply to other new food additives. This is even though studies have detailed concerns about safety. It's important to note that hundreds of food additives that once had GRAS status, eventually lost that designation over time.
An estimated 90% of North American cheese is made with FPC rennet, and ingredient labels do not distinguish between bioengineered rennet derived from GMO soy and corn and the original animal-based type so consumers have no way of knowing what they’re eating.

Drug companies and drug ads are ubiquitous, but guidelines for accurate information about advertised pharmaceuticals are disappointingly vague.

Do you have discomfort, soreness and stiffness that make it hard to turn your head and difficult to get comfortable while doing almost anything? Making chiropractic care a regular part of your of your healthcare routine can relieve your neck pain and so much more.
To put it simply, neck pain can be a real pain in the neck! Even minor neck pain can affect your quality of life but relief is available, and it doesn’t come from a bottle.
While neck pain may be related to emotional stress like worrying about a deadline, physical stress is also a contributing factor. Here are a few ways to reduce physical stress on your neck.
1. Take frequent breaks from sitting in front of a computer. Keep your head aligned with your spine and relax your jaw. The same goes for when you’re texting.
2. Sleeping on your stomach can stress your neck. Try a side or back position with a supportive neck pillow.
3. Move. Shrug your shoulders up and down. Pull your shoulder blades together to prevent the neck from stiffening.
4. Make regular chiropractic care a part of your routine.

Healing takes time. That doesn't mean you won't start feeling better sooner. As a matter of fact, our office can usually get patients feeling pretty good within a short period of time. Feeling good is not the same as being corrected. Just like not being sick is not the same as being healthy.
Expectation is key to understanding the process of healing. We encourage you to go for correction but we always leave the choice up to you. You can come in for acute care to relieve your symptoms or you can choose to aim for correction so symptoms don't come back.

When it comes to health problems, symptoms are never the problem. Rather, they are our body‘s way of telling us that something is wrong. Anxiety and depression are also symptoms. When your chemistry is off it can affect your mood and state of mind. You’re not suffering from a lack of antidepressants, you just need to balance your chemistry. In many cases it is simply a mineral deficiency or imbalance, other times it’s more complex and involves your gut flora (the good bacteria).
Fun fact: Did you know that posture (your body‘s internal structure) can affect your physiology and chemistry too? This is why it is so important to maintain a healthy spine by getting adjusted regularly.

April is Autism Awareness Month. It's hard not to be aware of autism since the CDC reported as of 2025, about 1 in 31 (3.2%) children aged 8 years in the United States has been identified with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), according to the latest data from CDC's Autism and Developmental Disabilities Monitoring (ADDM) Network.
Chiropractic has been shown to be helpful with autism. In addition, detoxification of heavy metals like mercury is proving to have beneficial effects. We've seen many children over the years who are on the spectrum, some more severe than others with great success.
We are currently seeing a child whose symptoms have improved tremendously even over a short period of time. It is life changing for both child and parents. Call our office today at 978-957-5585 for a consultation to see how we can help.

Our Story

I am a second generation chiropractor. Because my father was studying to be a chiropractor at the time, he enlisted the help of a chiropractor who came to the hospital and gave me an adjustment. I work at giving people the opportunity to reach correction and wellness, so they not only feel better, they function better. Corrective chiropractic care helps get the spine back to normal much like an orthodontist helps straighten your teeth. We work toward giving our patients their lives back so they can enjoy doing the things they love to do with the family, friends and people they love.

Our best practice members are people who are eager to learn how their body works, want to make the changes necessary to attain and maintain health and want to be and stay well for themselves and their families. They understand that bringing their children in for care is the best way to allow them to grow and develop to reach their fullest potential! In addition to using objective diagnostic equipment and delivering quality chiropractic care, we also utilize nutrition in our office. We carry the best, mostly organic whole food supplements available. We offer classes on diet and health management. Our 21-day cleanse is extremely effective at getting people on the right path to a healthy diet. Personally, I love to stay active. I enjoy tennis, golf, racquetball, basketball, sailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, snowboarding and generally love life. One of my favorite things is to speak to groups. As a result, I am a frequent guest speaker to many groups, clubs and organizations.
