I had a conversation with a client recently how she really needs to start putting herself first and take care of her skin. It really made me wonder why it’s engrained in so many of us that if we put ourselves first we’re see as selfish.

It’s 2026 and this is the year of making yourself a priority in your own life. You cannot pour into others without pouring into yourself. Read that book. Take that solo trip. Book that service that make you feel and look your best!
