I know life can get busy - but I always make time to take care of myself! Setting fitness goals and challenges each year helps me to focus and gives me a feeling of accomplishment! This year I’ve set out to join Timpanogus Hiking Company and complete their challenge of 20 hikes in our area! It’s a great way to not only stay fit but see our gorgeous mountains! We have an amazing outdoor playground at our fingertips - get out there and enjoy!!

Happy Spring! I start my morning with a greens drink that helps to build your gut flora and keep your colon moving and healthy! 2 handfuls of spinach. 1 handful of blueberries. 1 tablespoon of psyllium husk. 1 scoop of protein powder 1 scoop of Glutashield or Repairvite. Mix with water in Nutribullet
