I know it’s not flashy or exciting, but the small daily habits are really what this wellness situation is all about. I ALWAYS start my day with 1 liter of “fortified” water. I add:
💦 Armra
💦AG1
💦Creatine
💦Squeeze of lime
Once you have created a habit that you don’t have to think about, you can start to tag other behaviors to that habit. For example, I am working on daily morning meditation. Because I always drink my water first thing in the morning, I have started to connect the time that I am drinking the water as my meditation time. Linking small behaviors is an incredibly effective way to reach your big goals.
