Nano extensions get mentioned a lot, but the way they’re applied is what really makes the difference. ✨
Each nano is placed individually using a tiny bead that sits close to the root and lays flat against the head. The sections are small and clean, the tension is gentle, and everything is placed to follow the natural direction the hair wants to fall. When that part’s done right, the hair moves properly, feels lightweight, and doesn’t sit bulky or tight at the scalp.
What you’re seeing here is all about placement. The weight is balanced, the bonds are spaced correctly, and nothing is fighting against the client’s natural hair. That’s why nanos can be so comfortable when they’re installed properly, no pulling, no pressure, and no obvious beads.
This method works really well for clients who want a natural finish and easy day-to-day styling, but it’s also one of those techniques where details matter. The bead size, the sectioning, the hair quality, it all plays a part. One small shortcut and it shows later on in the grow-out.
