Sarah Palmer is passionate about living well, in body, mind, and heart. Her mission is to help others live well too! After years of personal practice, she received her yoga teacher's certificate in 2021. She has been a guest teacher at local elementary schools, where she shares her passion for conscious embodiment with young people. She has also taught in recovery centers and studios throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Briawna Anderson has been playing the harp for over 25 years! Music has always been her connection to source, and a gateway to deep meditation. She studied at the University of Utah, where she specialized in music history and theory. She played with the local instrumental group, Theta Naught, for over a decade and brings her unique style of improvisation to the yoga studio in a blend of classical, folk, and medieval chant forms.
