🌟🍎 Here We Grow – Teacher of the Month 🍎🌟
We are so excited to celebrate Madison H. as our March Teacher of the Month! 👏✨
Miss Madison continues to grow as a leader and a strong support for our entire team. She recently earned her TPOT Observer Certificate, allowing her to observe classrooms and help guide and support other teachers. This is a huge accomplishment and a true reflection of her dedication to high-quality teaching and continuous professional growth.
She also played an important role in assisting our Explorers classroom in earning a High-Quality Rating during their ECERS observation. Her knowledge, encouragement, and willingness to step in made a meaningful difference for both the classroom and our center as a whole.
Miss Madison is always intentional about meeting each child’s individual needs. She creates a classroom environment where children feel safe, confident, supported, and ready to grow. 🌱💛
She consistently goes above and beyond — saying yes to learning opportunities, attending conferences, and expanding her knowledge so she can continue coaching and supporting others. She leads with kindness, integrity, and a genuine passion for helping both children and teachers succeed.
We are so grateful to have Miss Madison as part of our Here We Grow family. Her leadership, commitment, and heart make our center stronger every single day.
