As a former ER doctor, I saw plenty of unhealthy, unhappy people. Five years ago, I changed my own life and became determined to help others do the same. I love using cutting edge therapies and treatments, along with good, old-fashioned common sense, to help patients reach their highest potential. I have two clinics in the Salt Lake City/Park City areas. I also speak nationally about topics of interest to me, such as regenerative medicine and sexual health. Want your transdermal Hormones to absorb better? 🤔

While we don't have much data on hormones specifically, we have plenty of scientific studies showing us that we can increase skin absorption of topicals with some simple pre-application prepping.

It makes sense that these simple practices might also improve how well hormone creams, gels and patches make their way through your skin barrier.

As a former ER doctor, I believe all humans deserve basic medical care. I'm sad to see it being taken away from 17 million of us.

As a women's health doctor, I believe women deserve autonomy over our bodies and money spent on researching us. Sad that's gone too.

As a human being, I believe all humans deserve a safe place to live, that children shouldn't be locked in cages and presidents shouldn't joke about feeding them to the alligators.

So, yeah, it's a tough time to be a proud American. I'm still proud - of the spirit and fight I see in many of you. 🇺🇸
