Haylee came to me saying, “I’m so tired of feeling miserable after I eat.”
Every meal left her feeling bloated and uncomfortable. She started eating less and less just to avoid the pain. But deep down, she knew something wasn’t right 🤔 food shouldn’t feel like the enemy.

The hardest part? She started to believe this was just her “normal”, something she would have to just deal with.

But after I dug deeper, using clues from her bloodwork, asking the right questions and getting true facts, she started to realize that her body wasn’t broken 👉 it just needed a process to help it reset, guidance and an understanding of what foods that actually worked and how to manage the process.

Now she can eat without fear.

Her stomach feels calm and she has more energy than she has had in years. "It feels like I finally got me back.”
