"I am an avid runner and have been for over three years now. I run 20+ miles each week (often doing 10 miles a day), and do other types of exercise regularly as well. Up until recently, I hadn’t really had any issues with my running… But over a month ago, I started experiencing sharp pain in both of my feet after a long run. Sometimes it would get so bad that I would have to rest my feet for a few days before running again, which interrupted my exercise regime… As a very athletic person, not being able to run is a very big deal.
