To the families who are remembering their fathers today—we hold space for your grief and your gratitude. This year, many have said goodbye, and we carry their names and legacies with compassion and respect.

If you’ve ever worked with Tara, this recognition comes as no surprise. She’s the kind of leader who shows up—every single day—for her team. She listens, supports, guides, and never asks more of us than she’s willing to give herself. Her heart for this work and for the people doing it is unmatched.

Tara leads with purpose and compassion, always putting patients and staff first. She makes tough days a little easier and good days even better.

This award just puts into words what we already know: we are lucky to have her.

Our community liaisons, Tony and Mark, attended the Riverdale Senior Center Health Fair this morning to chat with seniors about the continuum of care we provide.
They had the chance to connect with attendees and share valuable information about our mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice care services. It was a great opportunity to ensure our community is aware of the compassionate care options available to them and to answer any questions they had.
We're proud to continue supporting our seniors and helping them navigate their healthcare choices with confidence. 💙
