Reminiscing on a special evening celebrating the incredible work of our teams and the impact they made in 2025. The NSM Awards Dinner was a meaningful time to recognize many of the people behind it all.

From thoughtful words of kindness and encouragement shared by leaders, to the way our teams cheered on their colleagues, the evening was a reminder of what makes our teams and the care we provide so special.

Thankful for a team that works so hard to serve our patients and families. Here’s to continuing the work and moving forward, together. 💫 💛 🎉

Last week, our community liaisons and leadership teams came together for some great sessions during our 2026 NSM.

This year’s theme, Forward Together, Reaching New Heights, really showed up throughout two days of presentations, breakout sessions, and time spent connecting with teams across the organization. As our CEO, Andrea Bohannon, shared, “We grow best when we grow together.”

Looking forward to carrying what we learned into the rest of 2026! ⛰️

The boots are on the ground in Fort Worth, Texas! 👏 🎉

Smiles, reunions, lots of new faces and a whole lot of excitement as our teams gather for the 2026 National Sales Meeting. There’s something special about getting everyone in the same room.

Grateful for this crew and ready for next few days ahead.

📚 Hospice Education | Quality vs. Quantity of Life: The Hardest Choice 📚

When it comes to chronic or terminal illness, one of the biggest decisions a family can make is between quality and quantity of life. Should treatment focus on extending life, even if it comes with suffering? Or should comfort and wellbeing take priority?

Primary care, palliative care, and hospice care each approach this balance differently. Understanding your options can help you make the best choice for you and your family’s values and needs.
