Hospice care teams typically include doctors, nurses, social workers, Chaplain/counselors, and other professionals who specialize in end-of-life care. They can help with pain symptom management, provide emotional and spiritual support, and offer practical advice on things like financial planning and making funeral arrangements.

Hospice care is generally covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance plans. If you're considering hospice care for yourself or a loved one, talk to your doctor or another member of your health care team or provider to see if it's the right option for you.

Hospice Care Chaplain make deep connection between patient individually and some times with family. Talking to patients and listening and validate their thoughts and concern. Sometimes, some patient are opened to share their closest dying moment and told me that , " I saw the light." Does that make you wonder?
