Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) Delaware County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) delivers high-quality medical care across a wide range of specialties in a compassionate and welcoming environment.

Our staff are a part of this community and strive to provide the best care and the best experience possible. Established in 1927, DCMH is a full-service inpatient hospital providing primary and specialty care for residents throughout northern Delaware County. Each year, DCMH admits over 10,000 patients, treats over 36,000 Emergency Department patients, completes more than 5,800 surgeries and delivers more than 1,800 babies. The 168-bed facility also features convenient access to comprehensive outpatient services through Crozer-Keystone at Broomall and The Crozer-Keystone Surgery Center at Haverford.

Clinical Nurse Educators Loreen Evans, Melissa Mullen, and Danielle Deady hosted middle school students from Northley Middle School in Aston during the school's career day. The students had the opportunity to explore various careers within the hospital, visiting key areas such as the lab, pathology, pharmacy, ICU, OR, ED, and EMS. Yesterday was inspiring as we kicked off National Donate Life Month at Crozer-Chester Medical Center! Our team heard heartfelt stories from a donor recipient and donor’s family, reminding us of the incredible impact organ donation has on so many lives. Crozer Health was recently presented with the Community Partnership Award from the Chester Community Coalition which provides trauma-informed support services to families directly affected by gun violence.

The Community Partnership Award recognized the ongoing efforts made by our team who tirelessly serve Delaware County, providing critical care and support to those affected by gun-related violence. It was presented to our “Crozer Champions” and presented at the Coalition’s inaugural GEM Gala which honored organizations making a meaningful difference in their communities. The Crozer Health Medical Staff were one of the event’s sponsors.
