Need more omega-3’s in your diet?

I made this on a whim tonight because 1) it’s easy and the baby has needed me all day 2) I need more omega-3 in my diet and 3) the spinach is just a nutritious touch. You can also add brown rice on the side for some complex carbs because the 40oz of protein in salmon will keep you from experiencing a huge sugar spike.

I have so many new resources coming to you this year! As many of us in the midwifery world know, your diet has a lot to do with the health of your pregnancy. That being said, we are still always learning new things so I want to make sure that you are getting the most accurate, up to date, and evidence-based nutrition advice as possible from Serenity Holistic Health.

For as often as my kids ask for grilled cheese and tomato soup, I knew I had to get something better than what the store had to offer. .ingredients uses Chicken Bone Broth in their Tomato Soup Mix because it contains:

In the third trimester, protein is especially important when trying to prevent preeclampsia, managing diabetes and healthy blood sugar levels, and building cells while you build a human! The daily average of protein intake should be around 125g of protein for most pregnant women in the third trimester. 💪🏼

✨I’m taking an Instagram Hiatus!✨ I used to think in order to have a successful business, I needed to be present on Instagram everyday. Truthfully, my business has taken a back seat to my midwifery studies for the last few months and it has actually paid off as I’m moving into a new phase of the process.
I am still offering nutrition consultations at RAW Health and because I do still communicate and answer questions from clients here, you may still see me in your inboxes to stay in touch.
Maybe next time you see me here I’ll be a midwife or maybe a new mom to a new baby… but for now, I just want to put my energy into my family and my studies. 🩵✌🏼
