This training is for anyone who feels called to offer rest as a form of self-care:

-Yoga teachers and movement facilitators
-Therapists, healers, space-holders, and caregivers
-Practitioners seeking personal healing and deeper presence

Whether you want to teach others or simply come home to yourself, this journey is an invitation to slow down + be present. All levels are welcome, and this training is open to both certified teachers and students. All participants receive a Certificate of Completion, and certified yoga teachers receive 25 CEU hour credits with Yoga Alliance.

This April, guest teacher Jessica joins us in Teton Valley, offering workshops, trainings, and Vinyasa classes on our regular studio schedule.

Jessica is an American yoga instructor (E-RYT500), Ayurveda Yoga Therapist, author, and podcaster based in Hemsedal, Norway. She leads workshops internationally and teaches at large yoga festivals/conferences in the US and Europe.

In 2015, Jessica founded the Atman Yoga School® (200RYS/300RYS) and she is known for her creative and dynamic vinyasa sequences, and her ability to make ancient yoga philosophy and ayurveda accessible and relevant to the modern yogi. Jessica has been a Brand Ambassador for companies like Lululemon, Manduka, and Teva, and hosted her podcast One Sacred Pause from 2018-2024. In 2023, she published an Ayurvedic lifestyle book called Holistisk Livsstil (Norway).
