Today’s tips for parents with Dementia.

1. Stick to a routine-like coffee at eight, walk at ten. Predictability calms the brain.
2. Use visual cues: big calendars, labeled drawers, colorful photo reminders for meds.
3. Try music therapy-play their favorite songs to spark memory or just soothe.
4. Simple games or puzzles (matching cards, jigsaws) keep cognition sharp without stress. 5. Gentle sensory activities-like holding soft fabrics or smelling herbs-to engage senses.
