Position: Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist
Location: 400 West Highway 290, Unit A102 & A103, Dripping Springs, TX 78620

About Us:
Wolfe Physical Therapy is a family-oriented, non-corporate clinic offering high-quality care in a relaxed, small-town environment. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive workplace where therapists can focus on what they do best—treating patients one-on-one with personalized attention.

What We Offer:
• Annual Salary: $80,000–$100,000 (Pay-per-visit with bonus incentives)
• Schedule: Make your own! Flexible hours, no more than 12 patients per day (unless you want to).
• Session Structure: 1-on-1, 45–60 minute evaluation and treatment sessions
• Environment: Small, mom-and-pop shop with a family atmosphere

Full-Time Benefits Include:
• 14 days of PTO + 6 major holidays
• Full healthcare coverage for the employee
• $1,500 annually for continuing education

Happy Thanksgiving! And Happy !

First off, the Wolfe Physical Therapy family wanted to say thank you to the Dripping Springs community for the utmost support and entrusting us with your physical therapy care!

As we celebrate our one year anniversary we want to thank each and every one of you. We will continue to focus on our mission and promote the highest quality of physical therapy care for this community!

Say hello to Dr. Kennedi Martin, our newest member of Wolfe Physical Therapy!! 👋🏻
We are so blessed to have such a wonderful person and PT working with us. She can’t wait to meet y’all!
Dr. Kennedi Martin is a born and raised Texan. She graduated from Texas A&M University in 2017 with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2021. She grew up in the DFW area, but shortly after graduating from UMHB she moved to North Austin and eventually plans to settle down in the Texas Hill Country.

Being involved in both competitive soccer and cross country/track & field growing up, she was familiar with all types of injuries along with the rehabilitation process, which is where she fell in love with the field of physical therapy. Her favorite part of being a physical therapist is the ability to individually connect to every patient and be able to help them return to doing the activities and sports they enjoy.

Outside of work, Dr. Martin enjoys going to Texas A&M Football and Baseball games with her husband as well as hanging out with their dog, Rylee.
