What do you most want as it relates to content?

⚾️I’m deep into sports mom life so I’m happy to share how we use athletics as a parenting tool.

🫶improving personal relationships that creates joyful alignment

🤓navigating holistic fulfillment while still being an impactful mama and wife

These are just a few of the areas that are currently front and center for me, but this account is for YOU.

Why? Because together we are influencing and guiding the next generation 💪 it’s our time to lead by example and I want to shine a light on what has the most impact with the least amount of resistance 😅

Embracing the Slow Down 🌼

As a high-performing mom, I've been navigating this slower pace of life, and it's been an unexpected yet incredibly fulfilling journey.

I've deliberately stepped away from social media and screens. Not just because we all know the reasons, but to reconnect with myself.

Our daily lives are often shaped by external influences, and this can impact how we parent. I started feeling distant from my kids, like I was stuck in a repetitive cycle, waiting for joy to appear.

But here's the truth: To change and grow, we can't keep living the same way.

In these busy times, it's vital to protect our energy. Excessive exposure takes us away from our true selves.

Try this exercise when you're seeking the root of your dissatisfaction:

🌱 Whose beliefs are you holding onto?
🌱 Where did they originate?
🌱 How do you know they're true?

You'd be surprised to find that much of our "suffering" comes from voices that aren't our own.

Disconnect from the digital world, and you'll start hearing your own voice, tuning into your unique needs for wholeness, happiness, and alignment. 🌟

Connection 🫶🏼

This is such a primary necessity in our parenting journey.

Finding a like minded tribe is no easy feat especially when we often “default” towards proximity or our kiddos when cultivating bonds.

Consider your answers to these questions:

- does your inner circle contribute or derail your parental/parenting intentions?

- do you feel better/motivated/ inspired afterwards?

- do you notice any behavioral or emotional changes from your kiddos when hanging out with your inner circle?

Now more than ever, parenting the next gen with aligned intention is necessary for our kiddos success in the ever evolving climate and culture.

Surrounding our families with a community that aligns with our desires, goals and approach to the future - truly creates less effort and friction in our own parenting journeys🙌🏼

This is 7.

It’s our 3rd year of traveling to a MLB game for Pablo’s bday. And this is year, he chose my childhood hometown😍

I haven’t been back to Chicago in over 15 years 😳and it was such a trip to go “back in time”.

To see how much has changed really made me appreciate the person I am today at a whole other level.

You see mamas, we can easily lose sight of our own personal growth when our focus is on our kiddos. And let’s be real, it’s easy to distract and avoid this area of ourselves with the chaos of child rearing 😅

So take this moment, right now, and reflect on your pre-mama versus post-mama self.

📝What can your eliminate, delegate or set aside to make space for your growth?

As we watch our littles grow- we fully get that time does truly go by way too fast…

Do you change the words in lullabies, too?

This one in particular - You are my sunshine - has been on rotation daily for this lil guy right here.

There’s a line that when I first sang it to Pablo, it felt wrong. Why would I want to reinforce this esp as he drifts off into sleep (most powerful parenting time to plant seeds and connect).

So I made a small but powerful edit.

🎶Original: “you’ll NEVER know how much I love you…”

⭐️New: “you’ll ALWAYS know how much I love you…”

Seems small but this mighty change helps to reinforce to our kiddos that they will always be safe and loved by their most important influence - YOU 😘

Here’s to “happy endings”🍾

Fun fact: that was the name of the bar where we reunited after 9 months of not having seen each other as “co-workers”.

While we had major crushes, we kept it professional…until that fateful night we “crashed” a former colleague’s bday party.

Knowing what I know now, it was divine timing 💫

It was the perfect time that our energy aligned and it was effortless.

I am so humbled, grateful and lucky to call this charmer mine 🤩

Truth be told…I could not possibly parent our boys so intuitively without his dedication to personal growth and expansion.

Although he’s not a social media guy, I want you to know that it’s not just us, mamas, making a significant change to raising UP our next generation, but it’s also our life partners that massively contribute to this mission.

Te amo mi amor 💗 Here’s to the next 11 🥂
