Every year I have to check but TODAY is the 15 YEAR ANNIVERSARY of my DAILY yoga practice. I started a program on Monday the 9th but attended classes on the 7th and 8th. So it’s today that my daily practice began 15 years ago!! Every damn day - not just a hashtag for me. I haven’t skipped a single blessed day - vacations, sick, etc. - I still practice. I practice yoga - all different styles - always for what I need that day. I honor those who have supported me and I honor those who have tried to break me down for they have shown me what kind of yoga teacher I DO NOT want to be - what kind of person I don’t want to be- so I thank them too. I practiced today - and will wake up tomorrow and continue practicing. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. ❤️❤️🙏🙏
