My name is Shane Moore, and I own and operate The Ramp and Grab Bar Company. As a licensed Occupational Therapist for more than 21 years, focusing primarily on home health for the past 16 years, one of my main concerns for my patients is their safety. I noticed how often my patients needed modifications made to their home in order to prevent accidents and maximize their safety and independence. Fairly simple modifications - like ramps, grab bars, super poles, hand rails, and doorway widening - were needed. With this in mind, and having developed home improvement skills on the side over the years, I obtained my contractor's license and began providing these modifications myself.
