You can still visit truchoice.org and pre-register for Self-Pay Labwork. We provide this service during our normal business hours. No appointment necessary!

If you'd like out of pocket pricing for a test not listed, please ask and we can get that for you through our reference Lab.

TruChoice Diagnostics LLC is an independent and locally-owned bio reference testing laboratory located at 135 Midway Dr in Dubois PA and serving the general patient population primarily in Clearfield, Jefferson, Elk and Clarion counties. We offer complete testing capabilities in-house to include CBC, and all basic and comprehensive metabolic panels as well as specialized testing such as Lymes, and Covid-19. We work with all physician's offices and medical practitioners to meet the health care needs of our communities.
