Operation: Down, Not Out is live.
Dr. Rich Mahogany here, reminding you that even the strongest engines stall sometimes.
When life feels heavy, that’s not weakness — that’s a sign you need a tune-up. Depression isn’t always about sadness. It can look like irritability, exhaustion, or just feeling “off.”

That’s where Man Therapy comes in. It’s mental health support with a sense of humor and a straight-talking attitude — designed specifically for men.
👉 New Down, Not Out materials are now available through Man Therapy PA and the Su***de Prevention Alliance.
✅ Use them in your workplace, gym, or community
✅ Start real conversations about what “fine” really means
✅ Remind men they’re not alone and help is part of the plan

Check out the campaign and share the tools here: https://bit.ly/3JilNCK
