Seeing all these videos of folks getting put in a Y strap, and then having their head forcefully, je**ed in a linear fashion… just for reference there are three primary ligaments at the top of the head and neck junction… Two of those ligaments fail at 88 (394N)pounds of force and the other one fails at 44 (200N) Common sense… If the patient weighs more than 88 pounds and you see a video where the person on the table is forcefully je**ed at least a foot… You just witnessed incredible damage to the upper neck that is likely irreparable. Please don’t do it and don’t let anybody else do it to you.

For the first time in 15 years….

During the holiday season, we also wish to spend time with our families and so we are deciding to take some much-needed time off.

Holiday hours will be as follows:

Monday 12/23. 9-5
Tuesday 12/24. 8-2
Tuesday 12/31. 8-2
Thursday 01/2/25. 8-2

Emergency / urgent appointments may be available on a very limited basis (as my time allows) during holiday / vacation hours. Call the office number 814-371-7412 and state it is an emergency. I will be checking messages intermittently and will respond when I can. Please be advised there will be an Emergency / urgent visit fee added to the normal office visit fee.

Friends… will you please lift up a prayer for the son of one of my friends?

“Roland needs your prayers please.

Roland has an appointment in Pittsburgh at Childrens Hospital on Thursday at 11:30 with a pediatric hematologist.

About 9 months ago, he was getting very winded during activities. Baseball began and he was winded just after rounding first base. He's grown a lot in 7 months so as a tall, thin 12 year old, he should not be this so out of breath.

I had his bloodwork looked at after baseball. The platelet count of a 12 year old boy should be around 300,000. Roland's was 87,000. We gave him supplements to raise the count and two weeks later we drew blood again. It was down to 60,000. That was last week.

Please pray that Roland's body is strong, and that he will grow out of whatever this is so that he can grow old. There are a number of things that could cause this and I pray that the doctors will be able to pinpoint and fix whatever is causing this. I will update you once we have a diagnosis. And do not hesitate to spread the word on this if you feel so inclined.
