Last weekend Dr. Palmer and his friend Patrick Sayers won the First Flight of the Member Guest Golf Tournament at Treasure Lake.
The tournament took place over a two day span and 36 holes of golf. We were grateful for the experience and all the hard work that went into putting on this tournament!

🇺🇸 Honoring Our Heroes This Memorial Day 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. As we reflect on their courage and dedication, I want to take a moment to extend a special thank you to my patients who have served in the armed forces.

Your strength, sacrifice, and commitment to something greater than yourselves do not go unnoticed. It’s an honor to care for those who have worn the uniform, and I’m deeply grateful for your service.

Wishing everyone a meaningful Memorial Day as we remember and honor the fallen.

Hello everyone,
Dr. Chloe here 😊
I wanted to share some news! Starting in September, I will be practicing full time at Keystone Rural Health Consortia in Ridgway, PA which unfortunately means that I will no longer be practicing in DuBois.

This was a very difficult decision because I love working with my dad, brother and Miss Tammy and I was so lucky to have made so many friendships with patients at the office but I’m so happy to be expanding the territory of “Casteel” chiropractors to Elk County!!

I want to thank every patient that I had the pleasure of meeting and treating in DuBois, I will miss each and everyone of you and will always cherish the memories I made with patients here. ☺️ I also want to thank Dr. Palmer, Dr. Scott and Tammy who not only helped me become the Chiropractor I am today but who also encouraged me to forge my own path! I am forever grateful for the opportunity I had to work with my family in the community I love so much but I am looking forward to my future of treating those in Elk County!
