🌟 Meet Shelbi Green 🌟

Shelbi has been an essential member of the DQNR family for three years now. While some may see it as just a job, for Shelbi, it has become a part of her family. She takes joy in bringing smiles and laughter to our residents, striving to create a homelike setting that mirrors the warmth they give to her.

Outside of work, Shelbi is the proud momma of three children and one fur baby. Her passion for long-term care was inspired by her grandmother, and Shelbi continues to carry forward her teachings. She hopes to make her grandmother proud with the love and dedication she pours into her work.

Shelbi shares, "I’m blessed to have the opportunity to care for our elders and I appreciate all of their words of wisdom. They helped guide me through my early twenties and played a big part in the woman I am today."

This week, we had the opportunity to visit our friends at Farm Fancy Brewed, Baked and Crafted LLC! We wanted to give back with a special treat and share some love and gratitude. A huge thank you to Jennifer Breyman for always ensuring we have something brewed, baked, or crafted with care and passion.

🌟 Meet Mackenzie Crusan 🌟

Mackenzie Crusan, has been an incredible part of DQNRC for over five years! She joined us during her clinicals, right as COVID-19 hit.

Mackenzie loves building meaningful relationships with our residents, sharing, “I love them with my whole heart.” ❤️

Outside work, Mackenzie enjoys family time, playing The Sims, and hanging out with her pets: three dogs, two cats, and a turtle! 🐶🐱🐢

Residents and staff had an incredible time this week as we celebrated the end of summer with a week-long Luau! We took an *armchair journey* to the beautiful islands of Hawaii, enjoyed some lively limbo contests, and savored delicious Hawaiian tropical ice and lava cake. We’re hula-ing our way into the weekend with joyful memories! 🏝️✨
