. An icy fall left this client with a pretty banged up knee with a ton of bruising and swelling. Today we used some kinesiology RockTape to help reduce the inflammation.

Kinesiology tape is a great tool for this as well as reducing muscular pain, nerve entrapment and to improve posture. We can add it at the end of any treatment or taping can be booked separately!

I’ll post progress photos in the comments when we reevaluate in a couple days!
