This week, Ann Thomas Presbyterian Apartments in Philadelphia, PA celebrated the completion of a new mural, celebrating the strength and unity of the community and our residents. Thank you to artist Kelley Prevard for the thoughtful design and Mural Arts Philadelphia, Philadelphia Corporation for Aging, and Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) through their Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement initiative for their collaboration and support.

HumanGood is excited to announce Morgan Hill Senior Housing has moved in their final resident! Morgan Hill Senior Housing is the result of a partnership between HumanGood and Sunnyvale Life, Inc. and offers accessible apartments to seniors aged 55 and up earning low incomes, including those with disabilities. Congratulations to the affordable housing team and the team at Morgan Hill for successfully filling all 81 apartments!
