City of Hope Sheri & Les Biller Patient and Family Resource Center

Located in the heart of the City of Hope campus, the Biller Patient and Family Resource Center is a warm and welcoming space where patients, families, and caregivers access the resources, education and support they need to strengthen and empower themselves before, during and after treatment. An international model of integrated, interdisciplinary care, the Biller Patient and Family Resource Center

offers one of the most comprehensive array of support services in the country. Our supportive care medicine team – over 80 strong – includes patient navigators, pain and palliative care physicians, psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, spiritual care chaplains, child life specialists, yoga and meditation practitioners, art and music therapists, wellness and educational workshops, peer support groups, health information, nutrition education, practical resource support, and much more. The Biller Patient and Family Resource Center’s comfortable seating, beautiful artwork, and outdoor garden atrium create a comforting and relaxing environment. The Center houses an extensive library of educational materials; a computer center; wireless internet access; private family meeting rooms; and a state-of-the-art activity room hosting a robust calendar of free classes and support groups.
