MIMPC is a general medical practice that administers care to adults age 18 or older for a wide range of medical ailments including and especially chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, Rheumatoid Arthritis, lupus, heart disease and the like. We also specialize in occupational and administrative health evaluations including DOT/commercial driver physicals, immigration physicals, sports ph

ysicals, disability physicals, IME/AME and soon QME physical examinations. Dr. Sargeant is an experienced Yale-trained internist, certified by the Federal Motor Carrier Saftety Administration (FMCSA) to officiate physical evaluations for any commercial driver. She is also a Civil Surgeon and is well versed in completing the i-693 form for immigrant medical evaluations. Dr. Sargeant has been completing disability and workman's injury evaluations for the state of California for over 5 years and has constructed thousands of formal reports. From our website in our online ZIPClinix, anyone can book their own appointment, visit our doctor remotely via we**am, download forms, upload their medical records and even order their own labwork and retrieve the results. We can accommodate on-site and virtual consultations with the doctor. Anyone in the state of California may talk to a MIMPC doctor for advice, get medications refilled, or get a doctor's note through our ZIPClinix Telecenter on our website at www.mimpc.com. At MIMPC, we strive to improve access to care and prevention of preventable disease.
