Feel Good Friday was extra special this week during our Painting with Makayla class! 🖌️🍂💙
Our residents learned step-by-step how to paint a beautiful fall pumpkin, and the room was filled with fellowship, laughter, and creativity from start to finish. From sharing stories to cheering each other on, the talent and joy in the room made this activity truly heartwarming. We love seeing our residents shine and try new things together!

Our residents dove into one of their favorite games today - a fun and competitive pool noodle and ball challenge! Gobble, gobble, and strike! 🦃🎯 Today, our residents enjoyed a festive turkey shoot! This quarter, we had the joy of honoring the incredible individuals who help make our community such a special place. From dedicated team members to our amazing residents, each one truly shines in their own way.

We recognized our outstanding Med Tech, CNA, and Director Shining Star for this quarter - thank you for your hard work, compassion, and commitment to our residents every day!

A special congratulations to our two resident Shining Stars, Delores from our Embrace neighborhood and Don from Assisted Living. Your positivity, kindness, and bright spirits fill our halls with joy!

We also celebrated our team members who have been with our community for five wonderful years. Your loyalty and heart have helped shape our community into the warm and welcoming home it is.

📚⭐ We had such a wonderful time with the students from the Irish Gifted Academy! A new class joined us this month to share their love of reading, and they did an outstanding job. Every Tuesday, our residents gather in the media room to increase their level on our weekly Wordle word game by working together as a team to figure out those tricky five-letter words using the green and orange letters as clues.

Not only does it bring lots of smiles and teamwork, but it is also a wonderful way to keep the mind sharp! Activities like Wordle are great for boosting cognitive function, memory, and problem-solving skills- helping our residents stay motivated, engaged, and mentally active.

Yesterday afternoon, we proudly honored the brave men and women within our community who have served our country. Our Veterans Day ceremony was a beautiful tribute, as we thanked each individual veteran for their dedication and service across the many branches of our military.💙❤️

A special thank you to our Community Relations Director, Mrs. Holly, for speaking and hosting this meaningful event, and to Georgia Hospice for partnering with us and leading the heartfelt pinning ceremony.

We are forever grateful for the sacrifices of our veterans today and every day!
