Stop being pulled every which way by well-meaning friends and relatives when you can't get up out of your chair. invented the PULL ME UP™ in early 2014 after his doctor told him it would be 3 to 6 months before he'd be able to get up out of his chair following shoulder surgery. Realizing the surgery wouldn't affect the strength in his other arm, he fashioned a 2-sided handle using materials from his workshop with hopes his 125-pound caregiver could use it to pull him out of his chair. Sure enough, just a couple of days after he got home from the hospital, she pulled him up very easily with his "pull me up" and he knew then he was on to something. is a former judge and a decorated WWII and Korean War Veteran.
