💧 Hydrate me.
😴 Please sleep.
🌿 Slow down.
🧘 Less stress.
🚶 Move more.
🫁 Breathe.
🥑 Eat protein? 😅

One thing biofeedback constantly reminds me is how interconnected everything in the body really is.

Stress affects sleep.
Sleep affects hormones.
Hormones affect energy.
Energy affects motivation.
And it all circles back to the nervous system.

Sometimes small shifts create the biggest changes. 💚

One of the things I love most about biofeedback is that it opens the door to some really important conversations about health. 💛

So many people come in wanting to know why they don’t feel their best… low energy, poor sleep, stress, brain fog, feeling “off,” or just not feeling like themselves anymore.

While every person is different, I truly believe there are 6 foundational pillars of optimal health that all work together:

✨ Sleep
✨ Stress management
✨ Diet & nourishment
✨ Exercise & movement
✨ Socialization & connection
✨ Faith & purpose

When one or more of these areas gets out of balance, our bodies often let us know.

Yesterday I listened to a really great podcast discussing the importance of socialization and human connection, and it was such a good reminder that health is about so much more than supplements or lab work. We were created for connection.

Meaningful conversations, laughter, community, friendships, family dinners, feeling seen and supported… those things matter more than we sometimes realize.

Sometimes the biggest first step toward feeling better is simply slowing down long enough to look at the whole picture. 💛

Ever wondered what a biofeedback session actually looks like? 🤍

This is a glimpse 👆

When you come in, we don’t just talk about symptoms—we look at how your body is responding to stress on a deeper level.

I use a biofeedback system called SCIO (Electro-Physiological Reactivity) to read patterns in the body—helping identify what systems may be stressed, out of balance, or needing support.

During your session, small electrodes are gently placed on the head, wrists, and ankles (if tolerated). This allows the system to communicate with your body and gather information in real time.

For those who are a bit more active (or little ones 😊), I also offer a pet/toddler pad as a more comfortable option.

The screen you’re seeing shows how different stressors may be affecting the body—helping us connect the dots in a way that’s personalized to YOU.

From there, we work with your body, not against it, to help bring things back into balance.

Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and completely individualized.

✨ People often come in for:• Fatigue• Hormone imbalance• Gut issues• Stress & anxiety• Chronic symptoms they haven’t been able to figure out

But more than anything…people come in because they’re ready to feel better.

✨ EASY HOMEMADE TRAIL MIX (with BUTTER-ROASTED NUTS 🤤) ✨

Okay… I have to share this because it turned out SO good 🙌

I’ve been trying to keep simple, satisfying snacks on hand—and this one is next level because of one small upgrade…

👉 butter-roasted nuts

🥣 My Go-To Trail Mix:• Pecans• Cashews• Peanuts• Salted sunflower seeds• Dried cranberries or raisins• A few dark chocolate chips

👉 Simple ratio:2 parts nuts1 part seeds1 part dried fruitSmall sprinkle of chocolate

🔥 THE GAME CHANGER:Lightly roasting the pecans & cashews in butter

325°F for 8–10 minutes

Toss with a little melted butter + pinch of salt

Let cool (they get even better!)

✨ They come out:• Warm, slightly crisp• Rich, buttery• Just the right amount of salty

Honestly… they make the whole mix feel like a treat instead of just a snack 🤍

💡 Why I love it:• Way more satisfying (a little goes a long way)• Keeps me full between meals• Helps stop that “I need something else” feeling• Perfect on yogurt or by the handful

This has been one of those small changes that makes a big difference in staying on track—without feeling restricted
