I will never forget the day my son came into the hospital code three.

Everyone moved quickly.
Everyone did their job.
And yet I felt completely alone.

People assumed that because I was a nurse, I could handle it.

But in that moment, I wasn’t a nurse.
I was a mother.

And I remember asking myself:
Who supports the parents when the system is focused on the patient?

It followed me into conversations with other families.
It followed me into my work.

And eventually, it shaped the programs I would go on to build.

Sometimes your purpose begins with a question you can’t stop thinking about.

So here’s something to reflect on today:
What experience in your life keeps coming back to you because it still wants to be turned into impact?

There’s meaning inside that memory.

If you’re new or been hanging around for a while, my name is Bina Bendale.

My goal is to help 1 million healthcare experts build a profitable business so they can serve in powerful ways without sacrificing their families.

I became the first corporate nurse coach to land a $500K corporate wellness deal that later grew into a $5M nationwide contract, while raising three children with special needs.

So when I say it’s possible to build something meaningful and stay close to the people who matter most… I’m speaking from experience.

My week has been a whirlwind in the best possible way.

From supporting HEALFest and networking with nearly 900 people, to hopping on a plane straight to Florida to support Modern Nurse Fest, and bringing a few of my clients with me…

My heart is so full.

But before any of that happened, I want to remind you of something:

There’s a version of you who already did the brave thing. And what followed felt like magic.

That version of you exists.

None of these moments happened by accident.
They happened because of brave decisions. Messy action. Showing up before everything felt perfectly aligned.

Seeing my clients here…
Watching them connect.
Feeling their confidence expand.
Sharing space, energy, laughter, growth.

This is why I do what I do.

And here’s what I want you to hear deeply:

No matter the plot twist you’re facing right now…

Show up anyway.
Show up when it’s inconvenient.
Show up when it’s messy.
Show up when you don’t feel fully ready.

Messy action builds momentum.
Messy action builds confidence.
Messy action builds leaders.

I’ve experienced my own plot twists.
I’ve taken imperfect steps.
I’ve made messy moves that stretched me beyond my comfort zone.

And every single one became a lesson refining me, strengthening me, teaching me to lead myself better every single day.

Growth isn’t polished.
It’s practiced.

What fills my cup is alignment.
It’s holding myself accountable to the words I speak.
It’s honoring the responsibility of showing up for the people who need me.

That’s why my cup is full.

And whatever overflows, I pour it right back into this community.
Into my clients.
Into my fellow nurse coaches choosing courage over comfort.

If you’re in a season of plot twists, take the step anyway.

Be proud of yourself for holding the standard.
Be proud of yourself for doing the brave thing.
Be proud of yourself for showing up.

Because there’s a version of you on the other side of that step… And she feels like magic.

The Universe loves clarity.
It also loves courage.
But above all… it loves surrender.

Keep going.
Your becoming is unfolding beautifully.

Four years.
So many challenges.
So much prep. So many emotions.

Rohan officially graduated from Clinic 4 Kids!

When we started this journey, he was fully G-tube fed.

Today, he’s eating solid foods, and not just a few bites, but an entire bowl on his own.

We even reached a milestone I once only dreamed of: eating at a restaurant without bringing food from home.

This journey was not easy.
There were endless variations, planning, and yes, even buying a separate mini fridge just to keep up.

But every single step was worth it.

I feel proud, grateful, happy… and honestly a little nervous too.

But crossing this milestone reminds me that progress doesn’t have to be loud to be life-changing. Sometimes it’s found in the smallest things.

To the amazing, persistent team who never gave up on Rohan, thank you.

And to all the parents walking a similar path, keep going.

These moments are real, and they matter. 💙

Ships that wait for the perfect winds never sail.

This is the decision I made while exhausted, scared, and unsure changed everything.

How I stopped surviving as a nurse and started building a life that finally feels mine.

This moment right here.
This is what my freedom looks like.

And for a long time, I didn’t believe this was possible for me.

I was disappointed by a system that promised to protect nurses… and didn’t.
I was carrying burnout silently.

Trying to be strong.
Trying not to fall apart.

I am also a mom to three kids with special needs, constantly juggling, constantly choosing everyone else first, constantly telling myself, just get through this season.

Until I couldn’t anymore.

The turning point wasn’t confidence.
It wasn’t clarity.

It was exhaustion meeting courage.

I took the biggest risk of my life and took my first step toward becoming a nurse coach without knowing exactly how it would work.

As the first-ever Corporate Nurse Coach, there was no roadmap.
No one teaching me how to do this.

And here’s what I learned the hard way.
This isn’t an overnight process.
This is a practice.
This is trusting what you already know.
This is applying your nursing expertise to business in a new way.

You are not starting from zero.
You are starting from experience.

Going beyond the bedside wasn’t about leaving nursing.
It was about expanding my impact.
Serving on a larger scale.
Building something that would outlive me.

Ships that wait for the perfect winds never sail.

If you’re scared right now, that doesn’t mean you’re not ready.
It means this matters.

I’m sharing this not to impress you.
Not to sell you hope.

I’m sharing it because this life is real.
I’m living it.
And I want more, for myself and for nurses like you.

You are not selfish for wanting more time.
More freedom.
More fulfillment.

I share value freely every day.
Keep following me, or join the Corporate Nurse Coach community and learn alongside nurses who are choosing themselves without guilt.

I’ve shared a piece of my life.
What have you tried so far?
What hope are you holding onto that could change everything?

Your story might be the answer someone else has been waiting for. 💛

I became so much happier when I started caring more about how my life felt than how it looked...

There has to be more than this.

You don’t have to hate bedside to want more freedom.
Wanting more does NOT mean you’re ungrateful.

You’re not broken, the system is tight.

I served at the bedside for two decades.
I loved my patients. I was good at my job.
And still… I reached my limit.

I didn’t quit because I was weak.
I made a decision for myself and for my three kids with special needs.
I chose a path that allowed me to be present, not just exhausted.

And I am NOT telling you to quit.

You get to decide what’s right for your season of life.
I chose mine. You get to choose yours.

Fast forward to today…
I get to watch my kids grow.
I get to serve people deeply.
I support a powerful community of nurse coaches.
And yes, I make more income doing work that actually lights me up.

But let me be honest with you.

I learned everything the hard way.
No one taught me what to do in my first year.
No one explained how to build momentum, systems, or income without burning out.

That’s why I became the bridge.

I’m the first corporate nurse coach to openly talk about the gap.
The silent struggles inside large organizations
AND the gap nurses face when they want to build something of their own.

On one side, I advocate for change.
On the other side, I help nurses and healthcare experts build real, profitable businesses without losing themselves.

I’m not here to sell you a dream.
I’m here to show you what’s possible.

I am living proof that freedom is possible for caregivers like us.

If you feel called to go beyond bedside…
To become the nurse coach you were meant to be…

You’re not late.
You’re not selfish.
And you don’t have to walk this alone.

I see you.
And I built this bridge for you.

I created a free, private community where you can start.

A space to learn, connect, and grow alongside fellow nurses who are building their own legacy.

I am one of them.
And I am with you.

BTW… I’d love for you to meet my family.
It’s not perfect, but my heart is full and I get to be here with them.

And that, to me, is FREEDOM.
