I will never forget the day my son came into the hospital code three.
Everyone moved quickly.
Everyone did their job.
And yet I felt completely alone.
People assumed that because I was a nurse, I could handle it.
But in that moment, I wasn’t a nurse.
I was a mother.
And I remember asking myself:
Who supports the parents when the system is focused on the patient?
It followed me into conversations with other families.
It followed me into my work.
And eventually, it shaped the programs I would go on to build.
Sometimes your purpose begins with a question you can’t stop thinking about.
So here’s something to reflect on today:
What experience in your life keeps coming back to you because it still wants to be turned into impact?
There’s meaning inside that memory.
If you’re new or been hanging around for a while, my name is Bina Bendale.
My goal is to help 1 million healthcare experts build a profitable business so they can serve in powerful ways without sacrificing their families.
I became the first corporate nurse coach to land a $500K corporate wellness deal that later grew into a $5M nationwide contract, while raising three children with special needs.
So when I say it’s possible to build something meaningful and stay close to the people who matter most… I’m speaking from experience.
