Hello babes. This holiday season humbled me. I was sick half the month, ate enough salt and sugar to last until 2027, and I have zero regrets. The bacon-wrapped weenies were worth it.
Instead of guilting myself, I’m planning. I don’t usually do resolutions, but I turn 40 in 2026, so I’m making plans for January 2026, past that idk.
My Plans for Jan include getting my hormones checked, rebuilding my core (hello yoga + Emsculpt NEO), freshening up my face with photofacials, laser hair removal, and skin tag removal, reading more books and scrolling less, and committing to SPF 50 every single day. Yes, even in the winter.
No pressure, just progress. Cheers to healthier habits, realistic goals, and giving ourselves a little grace for suffering the inevitable holiday hangover. Dry January, anyone?
