Tabi T. is a nurse practitioner who is dual-certified in Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. She brings over 14 years of experience to the field of mental health care. After earning her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2009, she went on to complete a Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University in 2016.
Tabi joined the clinic in 2023 and specializes in providing innovative, evidence-based care for individuals with a variety of mental health challenges. With a deep commitment to patient-centered treatment, she strives to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
Outside of the office Tabi loves spending time with her two dogs and cat, working out, caring for her plants, and traveling the world with her husband.

Jordan Stafford, MSN, PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry across the lifespan. She brings 15 years of nursing experience to Ketamine Health & Wellness Clinics of Ohio, in Dublin, Ohio. Jordan earned her nursing degree from Ohio State University, and her master’s degree from Ohio University. With a background in critical care, she found a passion for mental health and helping others to lead happier, healthier lives. She is excited by the advances in psychiatric medicine and strives to offer the most effective treatments available, as part of a therapeutic and holistic approach.
