Earlier this spring, our campus came together for March Wellness Week, and our smiles say it all! ☀️

Last month, residents invited associates to step outside and enjoy a walk together around our beautiful campus. The goal was simple: get moving, enjoy the fresh air, and spend a little quality time with one another. Along the way, plenty of selfies were snapped, capturing the friendships and moments that make Friendship Village of Dublin so special.

Thank you to everyone who laced up their shoes, shared a walk, and helped make Wellness Week such a joyful celebration of connection, wellness, and the start of spring. 🌷

🎉 Congratulations to our April Associates of the Month: Michelle Jakubowski and Day Blackmon!

Michelle Jakubowski, RN, has been a dedicated member of our team for 13 years, consistently providing exceptional care to our residents. Working nights and weekends in Alderwood, she is a shining example of compassion, professionalism, and quiet leadership. Her commitment to ensuring comfort, dignity, and quality care does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Michelle, for all you do!

Day Blackmon, lead server in the Riverwalk Dining Room, brings energy, consistency, and teamwork to every shift. With two years at FVD—and a welcome return to our team after a brief time away—Day has become a valued member of the dining team. Known for mentoring and guiding our young servers, Day leads by example and helps create a positive dining experience for both residents and staff. Thank you, Day, for making such a meaningful impact!

Things are looking a little different around Friendship Village of Dublin lately… and for good reason! 🚧

Our clubhouse and library are getting an exciting refresh. Inspired by resident feedback and guided by our mission, vision, and values, this renovation is all about creating spaces that feel even more welcoming, comfortable, and connected for our community.

While construction continues, we decided to add a little color to the process. Residents and associates picked up paintbrushes and brought a beautiful landscape mural to life on the temporary wall, inspired by the view outside our campus and the Greater Dublin area. 🎨

Another exciting Village Voyage is in the books! This adventure took us across the border into Indiana, with stops in Indianapolis and Carmel to see all that our neighboring state has to offer. It was an action-packed couple of days filled with laughter, friendship, and memories we’ll cherish for years to come.
