Since I don't have my own desk or sit often cause of my job . I set alarm every 2 hrs at work to speak out loud what I am grateful for . I do this alot at work cause I know that where I need to ground myself and refocus .( I work in surgery which can be draining at times.) What other spin to this idea can you come up with. Write it in the comments. 😁

Now this is one I have to get better at . Lol I usually like to do this before sunset on the weekends and just listen to everything surrounding me. Just breathe and ground myself barefoot and all.
