In February I am heading out for my annual month-long study at the Iyengar Institute in India to deepen my yoga teaching and practice. This immersion will provide invaluable insights that I look forward to sharing with my students upon my return in March. Classes continue through January 29th, and all current passes will be extended. Join our new beginner series starting March 4th and a special workshop on March 29th for Insights from India and teachings from the Source.
