A LETTER TO THE WOMEN OF AMERICA.
ON THIS MONUMENTAL DAY.
On May 19th 1919, the 65th congress of the United States, resolved to extend voting rights to women, over 100 years after males could vote. This was the 19th ammendment to the constitution of the United States.
Since then, women have played pivotal role in American elections. But despite the vital roles women have, and continue to play in every facet of our society, America for some reason, STILL hasn't deemed any woman good enough to lead the nation.
That opportunity has presented itself this election cycle, and there has NEVER Abeen a candidate sooo qualified.
Vice President Kamala Harris, is probably the MOST qualified person, man or woman to have contested for the position of president of the United States. She has had leadership positions at the local, state and federal levels. She has been a DA, a local position, an AG and a senator from CA, state level positions, and now the sitting VP of these United States.
She has also served in ALL 3 branches of government, the Legislature, the Judiciary, and in the Executive!!!
Now take away her skin color and chromosomal make up as a female, and tell me if there has ever been a contestant to be president of the United States who has ever had these credentials! As far as I know, there has never been!!!
Her stellar credentials have put the fear in the other side, especially when you look at who they are presenting to the contest. I think the less said the better.
But as it true to their nature, the ignoramuses on the other have peddled rumors that she slept her way to where she is!!! Really? So when a woman succeeds then the only way that success comes is by her opening her legs? Do you know how many people she would have had to sleep with to be where she is? Is that what you are teaching your daughters Republicans? ....that the only way women succeed is by sleeping with people?
I beg to differ! Some of the STRONGEST, RESILIENT and the SMARTEST people I know have been women. They birthed me, raised me, taught me and have studied with! In my line of work today, I succeed because I have some of the SMARTEST as a support cast, and I am very grateful to them for that! It is only weak men who get threatened by strong and smart women!!
Nothing was handed to this woman. She fought for everything she has! I recall her contesting for the AG role in Cali during my general cardiology fellowship years at Cedars Sinai Medical center in 2010 to 2013. I recall a contest where she competed against another female and former Hewlett Packard executive. She won that hard-fought race based on her merits and her record, and she has gone on to achieve higher and higher laurels!!!!
So to the women of this country, I ask you to step up to the plate, and send the first woman, and certainly the most qualified presidential aspirant, man or woman, to the presidency, and if we do (with your help), we will set up this country for a monumental future thst our children, and their children will be very proud of!
So Let's go Vote for a future where our daughters have the same rights as our sons, and for a future where our daughters' rights to make decisions about their own bodies becomes 10000000% their own, and not that of some pervert!
Our southern neighbors just did it!!!! Viva Mexico!!!, and we can do it too AMERICA!!!
IT IS OUR TIME AMERICA!! LETS DO THIS! LETS BRING THIS HOME!!! America is counting on you!
