Syntero + FlyingHorseFarms = Camp Magic 💫

For the past four summers, Syntero has partnered with Flying Horse Farms for mental health camp. This year, Mental Health Camp and Gastrointestinal Camp joined forces for a powerful week where campers ages 8–15 with GI conditions and/or mental health challenges were able to leave their diagnoses behind and just be kids.

Working alongside the Flying Horse Farms psychosocial team, Syntero’s Delaware/Morrow School-Based Team provided general mental health support throughout the week, including crisis de-escalation, behavioral support, and confidence-building. This partnership is not about treatment—it’s about creating connection, resilience, and joy.

From high ropes to Color-O(lympics), skits, fishing, arts & crafts, and more, it was a week filled with adventure, laughter, and healing—inside and out. 💚

We extend our deepest gratitude to The Columbus Foundation for their generous support!

Thanks to their recent contribution, Syntero is able to provide vital interpretation and translation services for Franklin County residents seeking mental health support. This ensures our clients can access forms and counseling in their native language, breaking down communication barriers and fostering a more inclusive environment.

Over the past few weeks, Syntero has been proud to support the incredible work of the Dublin Food Pantry!

Our amazing staff donated feminine hygiene products to support the pantry’s recent drive—thank you to Shantel Jordan for organizing the effort and personally delivering the donations! 🙌

We also want to recognize Melissa Rotblatt for volunteering at the Pop-Up Pantry at Linworth United Methodist Church, living out Syntero’s mission of service and community support.

We're especially proud to continue our partnership with the pantry under the leadership of Julie Erwin Rinaldi, former Syntero CEO and now Dublin Food Pantry Director. 💙

We are forever inspired by our employees’ compassion and commitment to making a difference.

Thank you, Dublin Food Pantry, for all you do—we’re honored to stand with you!

At Syntero, we recognize that the legacy of slavery and systemic racism continues to impact the mental health of Black communities. Juneteenth is not only a time to celebrate freedom, but also a moment to reflect on generational trauma, honor cultural strength, and recommit ourselves to creating spaces of healing, support, and inclusion.

As we observe Juneteenth, let's commit to fostering environments that uplift and empower all individuals, acknowledging the importance of cultural identity and the need for inclusive mental health practices.
