Therapy is about helping people

1. Get absolutely clear about what they want in life
2. Helping them identify the biggest obstacles to getting there
3. Supporting them to become more responsible and empowered

That includes athletes, high-performers, veterans, and everyday people. Same process, different people.

📌 3 Habits That Kill Your Progress (And What To Do Instead)

Most people don’t fail because they’re lazy. They fail because of these self-induced traps:

1. Toxic self-talk → induces negative emotional states, which then chronically decreases self-confidence

2. All-or-nothing mindset → "perfection or nothing" = behavioral paralysis due to extreme pressure and perceived consequences

3. Toxic environment for change → triggers you into old behavioral patterns and chaos.

If you're stuck, try these things instead:

✅ Monitor your self-talk and speak better of yourself, even if nobody is noticing!
✅ Pursue "better" instead of "best." One workout is infinitely better than none!
✅ Adjust your physical environment ASAP. Create a new environment that matches the change(s) you are pursuing.
