Hello everyone 👋
Since it’s the beginning of a new year—and many new friends have joined here—I thought I’d properly introduce myself.
I’m a Health Coach, and my work focuses on helping people build sustainable, calm health habits—without restriction, burnout, or all-or-nothing thinking.
I believe health should support your life, not control it.
One of my beloved clients once told me:
“People think healthy food is boring. If they could see how good it actually tastes, they’d stop fearing it.”
That stayed with me.
So I started sharing healthy, realistic recipes on YouTube, to show that nourishing food can be delicious, comforting, and enjoyable—not bland or boring.
