With this in mind, we have designed programs for training at home, indoors or outdoors, using Minimum Equipment, Minimum time and Maximum results. Under Make Em Sweat BodySculpting Women and Men are trained differently! For a woman Make Em Sweat BodySculpting trains a woman to look like a fit woman; we strive for long lean, elegant muscles creating shapely curves, leading from one body part to the next. A Man will follow Programs that focus on strengthening, toning and building functional muscles. Make Em Sweat BodySculpting has the State of the Art programs designed to quickly get you the results you’re looking for. Together we will make this happen!
