Carisa Holmes - Creative Conscious Living I am an Author, Singer/Songwriter, and Certified Accredited EFT practitioner. I am Carisa Holmes; musician, author, and Certified Accredited EFT Practitioner.

My mission is to empower people to heal and inspire them to create. I use music, EFT Tapping, and guided meditation to help people open to their creativity and become more of who they really are. If you catch me singing with my yacht rock band Yachtopia, you will experience music as my favorite tool to remind us to sing, dance, and feel joy! If you catch an article or interview I've shared in the Mahogany Columbus publication, or read one of the novels I have co-authored for the Eleven series, you will know my love for the generative power of the written word. And, if you happen to catch me in person for a chat, be forewarned - I am a muse that tends to shake folks out of old ways of being and into a creative space where the new arises. ;-)

Thank you to Carisa Holmes for leading us in such an inspiring event Friday evening at the studio. She led us in a workshop, Stepping into Joy: A Movement & Music Play-shop. We had such a fun time moving around the room, having full permission to feel the joy and dance! Carisa invited us to embrace the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air as we danced to the sound of her voice, pre-recorded music, and also enjoyed while she played the flute and drummed during some songs. What an empowering and joyful experience! Thank you to Carisa and my fellow brave, dancing souls.

This was a free offering as part of "The Community Nest" to spread more connection, community and creativity in the world.
