As we step into a new year, I’m feeling deeply grateful for this community—our patients, colleagues, referral partners, and supporters—who continue to trust us with their care. The openness, courage, and shared commitment to women’s mental health is what makes this work so meaningful.

This year isn’t about reinventing what we do, but strengthening what already works: continuing to offer thoughtful, high-quality care, expanding access in sustainable ways, and building systems that support our team so we can show up fully—for our patients and for one another.

Growth will be intentional, values-driven, and rooted in the same mission that has guided us from the beginning.

You are my ride or die, bestie, other half, and forever love. I hope you have the best day (even though I’ll know because we will be texting all day). I had a pharmaceutical rep and a psych NP friend within the last week say to me, “You are going to be huge.”

Since then, I’ve been thinking a lot about what that means — but even more about what I want it to mean in this season of my life.

I never want to lose sight of why I started this practice or the vision behind the mission. Huge doesn’t have to be about volume. Instead, it can be about impact.

It can be the go-to place in Ohio for reproductive psychiatry.
It can be a place where women feel seen and heard for the first time.
It can be a place where a patient never feels like a number.
It can be a place where providers feel fulfilled in their work.

Quality over quantity without question. Every single day.

And in a season where I’m being more intentional than ever about how I spend my time, energy, and care, this part matters most: as we continue to grow — likely with another provider in early 2026 — the promise at the heart of this practice will never change.

The standard of care will always come first. Always, no matter what.
