Beyond our yoga and group fitness studio, training programs and fitness equipment, our in-house collective includes an infrared sauna, massage, fascial stretch, nutrition coaching and Physical Therapy. Multiple membership options available along with individual and packs of session passes to provide flexibility for our community. Jill Daniels Porter MS, RD, CSSD
Jill is a Registered Dietitian, certified Intuitive Eating counselor and certified Specialist in Sports Nutrition. She’s been working with teens and adults in the Tri-Valley (and beyond!) for over 25 years. As a college athlete, she discovered the impact that nutrition had on her performance, and was so intrigued that she earned a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and turned it into a career. Jill takes a weight neutral, non-diet, Intuitive Eating approach and collaborates with her clients to create practical, flexible and sustainable ways to eat that enhance their well-being and quality of life.
