Teaching has always been more than a role for me — it’s been a calling.
For over a decade, I had the privilege of training countless residents and fellows at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. That experience shaped not only the physicians I worked with, but also the physician I’ve become.
Even now, I continue to teach Penn Medicine residents through virtual lectures while building something new here in Dublin, OH — my own practice, 360 Vascular Institute.
What’s been most rewarding lately is mentoring the next generation of doctors through a new partnership with the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. These medical students are stepping into the clinic with fresh eyes, eager to learn about vascular disease and the future of minimally invasive care. But more importantly, they’re discovering the power of listening, connection, and trust which is the foundation of every strong physician-patient relationship.
Education doesn’t stop at graduation. And it doesn’t belong only in academic halls. Often, the most impactful lessons happen in the exam room, during a procedure, or while simply taking the time to explain something that truly matters.
This is how we shape the future of medicine.
