She said and I quote, “I didn’t think I liked sound baths. It turns out I’ve never been to a good one until now.” Then her friend followed up with, “That was the best sound bath I have ever been to.”

Not all sound baths are the same.

I have gone through extensive training and taken a 200-hour sound healing course with a professional musician and spent a lot of time honing my craft. I offer a very musically driven sound bath experience.

🎶 With that being said, I’m so excited for the sound bath collaboration I’ll be doing on the morning of Saturday, June 20th with Good Vibes Winery in Westerville!

Thoughts are things and they directly affect your body.

I know it’s hard because we’re constantly surrounded by information, news, and social media all day long.

I’m definitely not asking you to stop feeling or having emotional reactions, this is one of the many gifts of being a human.

What I’m asking is that you NOTICE how all this information affects you and your thinking.

Set gentle boundaries and take steps to protect your peace and well-being.

I’m doing my very best everyday to stay informed while protecting my peace. My daily meditation and heart coherence practice helps tremendously with me being emotionally in balance as much as possible.

Be mindful of what you watch, read, and listen to, and notice the types of thoughts and feelings in your body that these things create. YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENT CHOICE.

AWARENESS is key. Even small shifts in what you consume can make a big difference for your nervous system, your body, and your mind.
