The Community Nest- A free community inside the studio designed for connection outside of the classroom. Balancing Owl Yoga is a place to connect with yourself and others, find peace, and become empowered to live the balanced life you deserve. Located at 6017 Post Rd. Center in Dublin, OH, our yoga classes range from gentle yoga for beginners to slow flow linking movement with breath. Pranayama breathing and meditation practices are offered as part of every class, providing multiple techniques for stress reduction. We also offer specialty classes such as Nia Dance, Restorative Yoga & Meditation, Deep Release, and more! We are known for having a variety of amazing workshops, as well as, personal Energy sessions, Acupuncture, & Massage Therapy! Currently we offer both in-person & live virtual classes also with access to recordings.

It’s a new year! Show up. Build momentum. Feel better.

Each time you come in for a class or service in January, add a sticker next to your name on the log in the front hall. Every visit builds your momentum — and earns you an entry into our prize drawings (more visits = entry into bigger drawings). Start the year feeling strong, grounded, and supported.

How to Join Register online at balancingowlyoga.com/specialevents — it’s free to participate. Write your name on the tracking log in the front hall. Add a sticker each day you come to the studio during the challenge (January 4–31).
At the end of the challenge, you’ll be entered into a drawing based on your total visits. See online for prize options.

Join Laurie Markowitz, studio owner, for an empowering, judgment-free introduction to yoga. You’ll gain the knowledge, confidence, and tools to practice yoga in a way that feels authentic, accessible, and enjoyable for you.

What You’ll Learn & Experience:
-The 8 Limbs of Yoga – An overview beyond just physical poses (asana), a brief history, and how the practice can help you connect more deeply with yourself....the mind, body and spirit.
-Experience simple, calming techniques to center your mind and enhance focus both on the mat and in life. Yes, everyone can meditate!
-Learn pranayama breathing techniques to enhance at-home meditation or to deepen your asana practice whether on your own or in studio classes.
-Learn about studio etiquette and culture so you feel at ease in any studio setting.
Limited to 10 participants.

Fee: $45 (includes 1-month of unlimited yoga classes).
