🍎 Caramel Apple Fudge Delight 🍬
Just tried this recipe for the first time, and oh my — it’s so good!
Creamy, sweet, with that little apple tang and caramel richness… perfect for cozy afternoons or fall cravings 🍂💚

Ingredients:
For the Fudge Layer:

3 cups white chocolate chips

1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Caramel Apple Swirl:

1/2 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 tsp apple extract

A few drops of green food coloring

Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate chips and condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.

Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Pour into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.

In a small bowl, mix caramel sauce with apple extract and green coloring.

Drop spoonfuls over the fudge and swirl with a knife.

Chill for at least 3 hours before cutting.

📸 I had to snap a pic before the grandkids got to it — it’s already disappearing fast around here!

Woke up before the sun today — coffee in hand and bags packed by 6AM!
There's just something special about starting a Saturday on the road with family. 💛

We're heading out for a little day trip, nothing fancy, just good company, pretty views, and lots of laughs (and probably a few wrong turns too 😂).

I'll try to snap some pictures along the way.
Hope everyone has a beautiful Saturday! 🌼

🌸 Springtime Joy in My Garden 🌼

This morning, I stepped outside with my coffee and was greeted by a burst of colors in my garden. The daffodils are dancing in the breeze, and the tulips have opened up beautifully. Even the Virginia bluebells are starting to show their lovely hues. It's such a delight to see nature waking up after the long winter.

According to the Ohio Spring Wildflower Bloom Report, we're at the peak bloom season here in central Ohio. It's the perfect time to enjoy the vibrant colors and fresh scents of spring.

Spending time in the garden brings me so much peace and happiness. I hope you're all finding moments of joy in this beautiful season too. 💐

🌦️ Spring in Ohio Keeps Me Guessing

Woke up this morning to the sound of rain tapping on the windows. The garden's loving it, but I had to postpone my morning walk with the dogs. Ohio's spring weather sure keeps me on my toes!

I read that we're in for a cooler, showery spring this year, and so far, that prediction seems spot on. If you're curious about the forecast, here's an article I found:

Stay dry and cozy, friends!

It is officially spring in central Ohio. What will it look like?

🍌 Just made my banana bread again! 🍞
This recipe never fails — it’s super easy, smells soooo good, and doesn’t last a full day aqui em casa 😂

Here’s what I use (in case someone wants to try it too):

3 ripe bananas, mashed

1/3 cup melted butter

3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt
1 1/2 cups flour

Mix everything in a bowl, pour into a loaf pan, bake at 350°F for about an hour. That’s it!
If you wanna save or share the full recipe, I found this link that’s almost just like mine:

Let me know if you make it! I love seeing how everyone’s turns out. 💛

Hi everyone! 😊
I finally decided to join Facebook! Still figuring things out around here (with a little help from my grandson, of course 😅), but wanted to make my first post.

For those who don’t know me too well: I’ve been married for many years, have a wonderful son and daughter-in-law, one sweet grandson, and two dogs that are basically family 🐶❤️

Life at home is simple, but full of love. I’ll be using this space to share little moments from my day, family photos, and maybe even a few recipes people keep asking me for.

If we know each other, don’t be shy — say hi! I’m still getting the hang of all this 🤭
